Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Instructions

3 days free, after which the subscription will automatically renew and will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. You can find it in the App Store! Manage your subscriptions in Account Settings. After purchasing a subscription, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing the subscription. By continuing to the next step, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Billing Terms

Your PhotoToon subscription will automatically renew 24 hours before the end of each term and your card will be charged to your iTunes account. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in your iTunes account settings, but no refunds will be provided for any unused period of time. Unused free trial periods will also be forfeited as long as any subscription option is purchased.

3. About Refund

Since subscription is a function of Apple App Store, not a program function of PhotoToon, all our subscription deductions and refunds are handled by Apple customer service, and PhotoToon has no authority to operate any refunds. Therefore, if you need to request a refund, you need to submit the refund request directly to iTunes.

After you submit a refund request to Apple customer service, Apple customer service will review your refund request based on your previous subscription status and decide whether to refund you. Apple has its own refund review process and does not refer to developer comments.
