PhotoToon is an APP (software, service) developed by Gibyte AI Inc. (“We”, “our” or “us”) , we need to collect some privacy information about you, this privacy policy explains how we collect , use and disclosure of information in connection with the operation of our software and services . Please note that photos and/or facial features that may be collected will not be used for facial recognition and will be completely anonymous and will be used exclusively to improve PhotoToon ‘s neural models and thus improve the service.
We will process the facial features data in the photo, analyze the information on the photo, automatically capture the position and shape of the five senses in the photo, and feed back the renderings to you. If you stop consenting or expressly withdraw your consent to our collection and processing of your facial feature information, we will immediately cease all such collection and processing.
2) Usage Data. When you use our Services, we may collect information about your activities on our Services, such as which pages you view and for how long. We may also collect IP addresses, traffic sources, information about your device and operating system, information about your wireless and mobile network connections, unique device identifiers, browser type, language, battery level and time zone. We may use in-app purchase APIs provided by third parties to collect information about your subscription orders, such as items purchased, subscription time, order status, payment time. We do not collect and are not responsible for the collection or security of payment details. Payment information is processed and stored by third-party companies such as Apple. Before entering your personal payment details, we recommend that you read and familiarize yourself with the privacy policies of these third-party companies.
